With two main factories, epai are able to produce and sell stainless steel tubes in-house, thus maximizing raw material supply, product price and quality. 1997 – Building the Factory

We founded New Hua Bao Hardware Decoration Materials in Foshan. Our first factory was small, just 400 square meters. We made one product: the NHB luxury door handle. It was a modest beginning, but customers liked what we made. That gave us a solid start in the market.

1999~2003 – New Products, New Markets

We launched a new stainless steel glass door handle. This started a new color trend for door handles across the country. That same year, we also brought in the ISO9001-2000 quality system. This gave us a strong base for standard production. After that, we changed our sales plan and began to sell overseas. Soon, we became one of the top exporters of stainless steel door handles in China. We have stayed a leader in this field ever since.

2009~2011 – Expanding Our Production

We founded our own pipe manufacturing company, EPAI PIPECO, which was later renamed E-Stainless. This allowed us to control the quality of our stainless steel pipes right from the source. From there, we kept growing. We added 10 automatic pipe production lines, reaching a monthly output of 300 tons. Around the same time, we also started the EPAI UNION hardware factory, which was later renamed GripPRO. This factory produced new products, including bathroom fittings and staircase hardware.

2013 – Moving to a Bigger Factory

We moved to a new, modern factory. It covered 30,000 square meters. We added 26 new automatic production lines. That year, our exports passed 12 million US dollars. Both our output and our product quality grew fast.

2016~2018 – Better Management, Stronger Brand

We upgraded to the ISO9001-2008 management system and linked it with our ERP software. Quality became our number one priority. By this point, our products were reaching 78 countries around the world. We set a clear goal for the future: to build EPAI into a well known national brand for stainless steel building materials.

2023~2025 – A Complete Supply Chain

We brought together our production of building materials, glass, and hardware into one smooth, automated process. In 2025, we opened another new factory. This gave us even more room to grow and produce more in the years ahead.
